There are 3 docks on the Estate and a 45 ft wide cement access ramp on the western end. The ramp can be used for heavy equipment and trucks when necessary. A breakwater barrier protects the main dock and a custom floating dock with multiple slips. This dock has space for an 80′ yacht with 4 additional slips for tenders and sport boats. There is also a service dock and a private dock for “The Gunpowder Room” for guest.
